SHOPCARTph takes security and privacy seriously. Your data is encrypted and securely stored in the cloud. It is used solely for the order fulfillment process and never shared outside our domain. Even within our doors, your data is masked and only revealed on an as needed basis.
There are any advantages in having a SHOPCARTph account versus transacting as guest. As a registered user, you will be able to track your open orders as well as review your order history. When checking out, you do not need to re-enter your personal and delivery information. It is all pre-filled in the checkout form for you.
When checking out as a guest, you fill find a checkbox near the bottom of the checkout form that asks if you would like to create a SHOPCARTph account. Tick this box and enter your desired password. When you complete your checkout, an account will be created for you. Your email address will serve as your user ID. Next time you visit SHOPCARTph, login with your email address and password to avail of all the benefits of SHOPCARTph members.
In the SHOPCARTph home page, also accessible via the top navigation bar function STORES, you will see a "Find Store" button. In the entry box immediately before it, enter the name of your store or a keyword that describes it then click "Find Store". You may enter all or part of the store name or keyword. If you want to see all stores in SHOPCARTph, click the "Show All" button.
The list of items presented in SHOPCARTph is managed by the each store, which periodically updates its offerings to its valued customers.
In SHOPCARTph, stores have the option to activate inventory control. When they do so, SHOPCARTph keeps track of each item's starting inventory, how many are reserved in other customers' shopping carts and how many are committed in orders that have been submitted to arrive at the quantity still available for ordering. You will find a note to the right of the item name such as "(avail n)" where "n" is the number of items still available. If this is zero, then the plus icon is disabled to prevent customers from ordering an item that is no longer in stock.
Clicking the plus button is the first of two (2) steps to add an item to your cart. After you've made all your selections, you need to click the "Add to cart" button at the bottom of the page to effect the update to your shopping cart. After clicking this button, you will see the badge (or count) increase in the "Cart" button at the top of each page.
As a guest, your cart is deleted when you end your session. However, if you login with your SHOPCARTph account, we will save your cart so that you can start where you previously left of the next time you go shopping.
SHOPCARTph allows you to shop at multiple stores at the same time. It will create a cart for each of those stores. You can find all your shopping carts in the "MY ACCOUNT" main function. There, you can transfer from one store to another just like hopping from one department to another inside big department store! However, your carts cannot be combined for only one checkout. You will have to go to each cart and check it out individually.
Go to the "MY ACCOUNT" main function that you will see in the navigation bar at the top of every SHOPCARTph page. The account page has two sections. First, it lists all the shopping carts from all the stores where you selected at least one item. From this list, you can jump to a corresponding store or delete a cart.

Second, it displays a searchable list of all your past orders. From the summary, you can choose to display the details of an order. If the store has activated the feature, you may also choose to upload your proof of payment and send messages to the store.
If the store allows it, you can upload your proof of payment in SHOPCARTph.

From the navigation bar, go to "MY ACCOUNT". You will find the the upload icon beside each order number. Click on the icon to open the upload page.

If you are on a computer, you will be prompted for the name of a file that will be uploaded from your computer. If you are on a mobile device, in addition to a file on your device, you have the option to take a picture of your proof of payment using the built-in camera in your device.
Please follow instructions, if any, from the store in your order confirmation. If the store has activated the feature, you may also chat with the store from within SHOPCARTph.

In this case, in the "MY ACCOUNT" page, in the group of icons beside each order, you will see a chat icon . Click this icon to open the messaging page. The number beside the icon indicates how many unread messages you have from the store. If there are prior messages from you to the store, a "bullet" beside the date and time you sent a message indicates that it remains unread by the store.
